A free, single-file web tool for mineral owners, landmen, and investors to model oil and gas royalty income. Enter your acreage, royalty rate, production assumptions, and commodity price to get live monthly and annual income projections, a price sensitivity matrix, a year-by-year decline schedule, and a lease bonus comparison tool.

A fully custom site — no templates, no frameworks, no site builders. Plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a warm editorial design, light and dark modes, original SVG artwork (including the animated pumpjack hero and the sunset horizon scene at the bottom of this page), and scroll-triggered animations. Designed and shipped end-to-end on GitHub Pages.

Robert M. Zinke Energy Management Program
The first and largest energy management program in the nation, founded in 1958 at OU's Price College of Business. It draws from Business, Geosciences, Engineering, and Law — and is one of the few undergraduate programs accredited by the American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL), with a direct focus on land, mineral acquisition, and energy finance. Nearly all EMSA members graduate with full-time positions already in hand.
